Scott Blackburn is the legal portfolio manager at Americans for Prosperity. He works on the Legal and Judicial Policy team to help develop litigation strategy and provides expertise on a number of policy issues, including judicial selection and donor privacy. Scott has worked in policy for over a decade. He was previously research director at the Institute for Free Speech where he focused on campaign finance and other laws impacting political speech. He has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Scott grew up in Cleveland, OH. He currently lives in Fairfax with his wife and two children.
