Americans for Prosperity Foundation (AFPF) is proud to announce a special summit marking the two-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s momentous decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo.  Join us for a pair of panels that will explore how the end of Chevron deference has animated decision-making within the executive and legislative branches.  Among other things, speakers will explore how Loper Bright is driving the Trump Administration’s deregulatory initiatives, as well as offering Congress the opportunity to reassert its Article I authority and engage with management of the modern administrative state.

The panels will be followed by a luncheon.
