Oklahoma’s Parental Choice Tax Credit Act

In May 2023, at the urging of the grassroots efforts of our sister organization—Americans for Prosperity Oklahoma—Governor Kevin Stitt signed HB 1934, the Parental Choice Tax Credit Act into today. The Parental Choice Tax Credit puts parents in the driver’s seat and empowers every Oklahoma family to decide how and where to educate their students, regardless of their zip code or socioeconomic status.

Simply put, kids win. This truly historic education tax credit will change the lives of generations of Oklahoma kids. Families finally have real choice in the school that best meets their needs.
